One of our realtors will be pleased to meet with you to give you our sales advice and conduct an initial value appraisal.

Quote for sales advice

Based on our first meeting, we will create a detailed action plan describing exactly what services we will provide and what this will cost.

Registration of the residence

After approval and confirmation of the quote, we make a follow-up appointment to obtain all the information about the residence, take photographs and gather measurements. Our stylist is also available for advice.

Presentation of the residence

Once you have checked the photographs, video's, presentation text and other documents in your digital file, we will list your house online on Funda, social media and www.korffdegidts.nl.

Planning the viewings

Together we will discuss the best times for viewings and plan any appointments to accommodate your schedule. Your realtor will always schedule plenty of availability for viewings.

Feedback from viewings

During the viewings we take the time to talk to prospective buyers and try to interest them in your residence. We want to make sure we find a solid buyer for your house. After each viewing, we always share some brief feedback.

Contact during the bidding process

After the viewing, interested buyers will receive all the relevant information to help them make a purchase decision. This is an exciting period during which we maintain frequent contact with you.

Sale of the house

Did you receive a nice offer from a solid buyer with the appropriate sales conditions? Then you can accept the offer and your house will be provisionally sold. We always invite the buyer and seller to sign the deed of sales at our office. But you may also sign digitally, if you find this more convenient.

Inspection and transfer of property

Prior to the official transfer of the property, we conduct an inspection of the residence with the buyers. As a final step you sign the deed of delivery at your notary.
